HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner Sanderson are recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner to be responsible for supporting employees and management to achieve business goals aligned to overall business strategy. Reporting into the Head of HR the HRBP will ensure alignment of business functions and their activities to the overall people agenda. With a focus on achieving the highest levels of capability, engagement and performance hr HRBP will have a generalist remit to incude; resourcing, compensation and benefits, learning, engagement and employee relations. Role Accountabilities: Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy taking ownership responsibility for shaping implementation plans. Manage all formal and informal employee relations issues. Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs to include; talent development, engagement, management development and change. Work in partnership with the leadership teams to identify areas for in business organisational and people performance. Support in driving efficiencies in cost by creating HR plans to support cost efficiencies. HR lead within project teams, promoting best practice and innovation. Agreeing project scope and effective project management through to delivery of project outcomes. Contribute to the design & shaping of people initiatives, that span across all layers in the organisation and leading on their implementation. Experience and Qualifications: Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A minimum of 5 years' HR Business Partner experience. Degree in Human resources or Business preferred but not essential. Experience delivering successful performance management programmes. A strong working knowledge of employment legislation. Manufacturing experience a plus.
