Sanderson HR team is partnering with its leading manufacturing client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to deliver on a busy multi-site role. Our long standing client is looking for someone who is hands on, commercial and who has a strong grasp of technical HR knowledge. Key Accountabilities. Delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives. Manage employee relations issues. Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs (talent development, employee engagement, management development and organisational change. Work in partnership with the leadership teams in respect to people and performance. Support in driving efficiencies in cost. To take the lead on project teams agreeing project scope and effective project management. Contribute to the design & shaping of people initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with 4-5 HR Business Partner experience. Work between Dublin and Meath locations as well as flexible working.
