Calling all Nurses willing to take up front line roles in the current Covid-19 pandemic in Ireland . If you are a qualified Nurse currently out of work or working outside the healthcare sector looking for additional hours, please get in touch as my client, the HSE, have a significant number of Staff Nurse Vacancies across the HSE elderly care nursing units and nursing homes in the Midlands. You will be making a real difference, saving lives on the front line, as these elderly care facilities are the most vulnerable in this crisis. Full PPE / protective clothing will be provided by the HSE. What's on offer: Type of contract: 12 weeks HSE contracts, which may potentially be extended if required. Type of jobs: Full time AND part time positions available. Location: Offaly, Westmeath, Longford, Cavan. Salary: HSE pay scale applies. Working hours: Shift work, including some nights and weekend work. What will be expected of you: You will be responsible for providing a high standard of nursing care to elderly service users on the front line and help save people's lives. You are actively registered with NMBI (If Inactive you are willing to restore your registration. You are currently living in Ireland and you are available immediately. You are flexible to work various shifts. You will have some previous experience in a Care of the Elderly facility or a hospital setting. You will have some understanding and knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
