A rapidly expanding Fuel based Company in County Westmeath is currently looking to recruit for the role of Inside Salesperson (Telesales) . This is a full-time permanent position. Duties and Responsibilities. Responsible for all aspects of customer service / Tele sales and ensuring dispatch of goods through companies highly computerised ERP system. Taking orders from existing customers through phone and emails and creating sales order for picking. Developing / increasing the sale further through add on of other products sold (Cross selling. Calling existing customers and new customers to advise of our products, service and to initiate new business where possible. Delivering an excellent customer experience in line with company values with the result being customer satisfaction and retention. Responsible for dealing with any customer service issues but also implementing new customer service procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Candidate profile. Good communication and people skills. Organized and able to prioritize workload. Good IT skills and experience with data base an advantage. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Remuneration.
