As the Operations Team Leader, you will ensure that requirements for the daily production plan are met. Leading and motivating the Production Team, you’ll make sure that all machines are resourced with trained Operators and all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, you will: - Handle staff absence, performance and quality issues. - Manage shift changeovers. - Ensure that any equipment or processing issues are swiftly addressed. - Report on production and quality metrics. - Prepare the production floor for internal and external audits. - Identify ways to improve existing operations. About You. To be considered as the Operations Team Leader, you’ll need: - Experience in a supervisory role, gained within the manufacturing industry. - A strong focus on Health and Safety. - A team player mentality, as well as the ability to lead and inspire others. - Attention to detail in relation to quality and output. - The ability to manage and delegate work.
