We are recruiting for a sous chef for a 4 star hotel in Athlone. This is a busy property with an excellent reputaion. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar property. Applicants must: Have a formal culinary qualification with up to date HACCP certificate. Assist the head chef with maintaining standards, ordering, controlling stock levels, achieving GP. Be a hands on, proactive individual capable of leading and motivating a kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards of food. Be capable of running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
