Position: Safety Officer. Location: Athlone. Salary: Impressive. A civil engineering firm are looking to recruit a Safety Officer for an Athlone based project. The ideal candidate will then progress to projects south of Athlone. Please note that this position will involve travel as required. A vehicle will be provided. Experience from construction section is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits but is not restricted to: Relevant third level qualification. 2 years post graduate experience plus. Background in Construction preferred but open to other sectors. Experience with Quality an advantage but not essential. Open to travel as required. Full Clean Driving Licence. Self-Starter. Willing to work alone or as part of a larger team. Will be reporting to a Safety Manager and Project Manager. This is a brief description of the role.
