We are recruiting for a Process Control Administrator for our client in Co Westmeath. My client provides market insight information to a global client base. Strong administration, reporting and IT skills are essential to this role. You be responsible for ensuring the Process Control team delivers weekly and monthly databases and reports to strict deadlines. Data integrity is of paramount importance. This will also involve working with the team to identify, investigate and resolve data and quality issues. Overall Responsibilities : Run various processes to collate and generate standardised and customised databases and reports. Ensure validation of data quality in databases and custom deliverables for a specific industry spanning multiple countries. Verify the effectiveness of data quality checks to safeguard the integrity of our data and successfully achieve all client deliverables. Strong focus on achieving set deliverables including, immediate incident reporting, and appropriate communication of data issues - seeing all issues to a successful conclusion. Mobilise your (and the teams) technical skills and knowledge to facilitate improvements and ensuring maximum benefit to the wider team. Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions. This role may require you to be available to direct and transition work,flexibility to facilitate the smooth running of data processing. This is necessary to ensure data is delivered and quality approved for our Operations Clients Services teams in a timely manner. Test in-house applications post changes, e.g. in project environments, to ensure continuity of performance. Work closely with Process Control Manager on projects and technical issues which are outside of the day to day activities. Liaise with key stakeholders by means of meetings, calls, WebExes or any other communication method required. Represent process control team views in these discussions with a solution focused and collaborative mindset required. Qualifications/Skills: A relevant third level qualification or sufficient relevant work experience which demonstrates your knowledge level, your team player skills and flexibility. Strong IT Skills MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Organised withsolid problem solving and decision making skills. Able to run numerous tasks concurrently and to deliver results within tight timelines. Enthusiastic and open to learn technical processes. You have a collaborative approach to working and strong communication skills. Ability to locate and decipher appropriate and accurate information (identifying key information in documentation and/or via web research. Self-directed; strong ability to work independently, to troubleshoot and resolve issues (particularly out of hours. Anticipate issues and takes appropriate action immediately. An analytical thinker who makes considered decisions and involves the right people. Is process driven, but looks to identify efficiencies and best practice approaches and shares ideas with colleagues. Numeracy skills essential and an additional European language a distinct advantage. Strong communication skills are a must, to comprehend and articulate issues, to negotiate with other business units and to effectively co-ordinate the team efforts.
