This role is open to Graduates and experienced hires alike. The firm are looking to expand and recruit a new staff member with up to date Irish Building Regulations and expertise within planning applications. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: Degree Qualified Architectural Technician. Open as far as experience is concerned dependent on ability of the candidate. Knowledge of up to date building regulations essential. Familiar with planning applications. Has worked on residential housing schemes and apartment builds. Keen to be a part of a growing firm. Strong Technical Construction Knowledge. Experience with Mixed Use Developments. Expert usage of AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent Communication skills.
