The successful candidate will: • Ensure teamwork with other team players within the organisation delivering excellent customer service. • Have experience within a 3/4* Hotel environment. • Have a minimum of two to three years as a Food and Beverage Manager. • Have the ability to lead, motivate and train your team in all F&B related matters. • Ensure Forecast, Revenue and Cost effective management of the department as a whole. Responsibilities Include: To report on Food & Beverage finances when requested by Senior Management. Ensure the smooth & efficient running of all functions and events. Good leader who is able to direct, train and manage a team. Must have excellent knowledge of drink gp's & wage costs. Experience working with and overseeing large functions.
