Control Engineer. Role Location: Co Westmeath. Sector: Automation Engineering Design. The core role of a Control Systems engineer is to manage all aspects of the control systems within a project and assist sales in generating costing's for projects and concepts for sales presentations. The Control Systems Engineer will also be responsible for all control systems aspects of projects being completed on time and to budget. Responsibilities include: • Systems design. • Software design. • Electrical design. • Generating design documentation. • Maintaining software libraries. • Project management of large integration projects. • Generating electrical drawings. Core Competencies: • Electrical design. • Motor control design. • PLC software design siemens S7. • Electrical CAD drawing generation. • EU electrical safety standards. Knowledge of the following will be an advantage: • Allen Bradley PLC. • SCADA systems. • WMS systems. • Knowledge base Electrical CAD. • Servo Control Systems.
