I'm currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our busy client based in Mullingar , Co. Westmeath. THE ROLE: Run Maternity & Sick Leave Absence reports. Checking & inputting of weekly and monthly timesheets. Submission of P45s, Tax credit Certificates & PRD45s to finance. Calculate and record flexi time for 28 employees in Administration, on a weekly basis. Email balances to employees and Line Managers. Responsible for PA activities on to the SAP HR system. Travel & expense claim set-up on SAP & process. Process travel, expenses and subsistence claims monthly. Answering payroll queries. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of SAP is essential. Previous payroll / accounts experience. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Good follow-up. Approachable / helpful / personable. Understand the importance of confidentiality. Quick learner. Multi-tasker. Ability to deal with all levels of staff. Must be able to work under pressure. Must enjoy working as part of a team. Staff are cross trained on all positions.
