What you need to know. You will work as an Accounting Technician for our client, a highly successful and well-established international design and manufacturing company in Co. Roscommon. As the Accounting Technician , you will be responsible for assisting the finance department in the processing high volume accounts payable, receivable and month end journals on the company’s ERP system. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Process invoices, credit notes and journal entries in line with current processes. Maintain Debtors, Creditors and General Ledgers. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Calculate staff weekly payroll. Prepare and submit returns i.e. P30 & P35. VAT returns. Various ad-hoc duties and reports. What are we looking for? Account Technician or 3rd Level Qualification in Finance/Business. At least 4-5 years’ previous work experience ideally within an international company. Strong IT Skills: Microsoft Office Applications. ERP experience would be advantageous.
