Store Manager – Mullingar. My client is looking for an experienced manager for their Mullingar store. You must have a passion for selling, be very motivated with a positive attitude. My clients company started in Ireland in 1988 where they came a symbol of quality and style for their brand. They have grown with success and have 22 stores around Ireland. Responsibilities: Day to day running of the store. This includes: Maximising sales by using KPI’s, meeting targets set out and effective management of profit and loss. Develop your team by training, performance reviews and delivering an A class customer experience. Lead, engage, motivate and set examples to your team. Controlling costing and working with and towards budgets. Candidate: Most have 3 years’ experience as a retail manager. Proven record of driven sales and strong commercial awareness. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and build a good relationship with your team.
