We have an exciting opportunity at a leading pharmaceutical company based in Galway who are looking to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to work in afast-paced environment within the Pharmaceutical department. This is a permanent job offering a competitive salary comes with excellent benefits. Your new job. You will be working as part of a small team reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Director, where attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential. You will have the necessary regulatory knowledge to help develop the company’s regulatory strategies and provide regulatory guidance to the project teams. You will be responsible for generating submission documents and completing document quality checks in advance of submission. Key duties & responsibilities: Work on submissions in product development and the transfer of manufacturing processes. Generate submission reports and perform document quality checks. Provide regulatory support to projects and products in development. Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors with the ability to clearly communicate regulatory requirements. Support routine maintenance of annual reports and less complex supplements / variations. Ability to adapt and respond accordingly to an ever-changing regulatory environment. What are we looking for? Degree in a science related discipline. Regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sterile injectables would be advantageous. Ability to produce accurate regulatory documentation. Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability is essential. Experience of eCTD and injectable products would be desirable. TOPRA or RAC credentials a distinct advantage.
