Our client is currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager with a background in Financial Statements, Internal and External Audit and US GAAP to join them for a fixed term contract position. Excellent salary and benefits. Key point of contact for both internal and external audit. Manage the year-end Financial and SOX Audit. Liaising with External Audit, Internal Audit and Senior Financial Management. US GAAP to IFRS Reconciliations and preparation of all Irish Legal Entities in line with pre-defined corporate timelines. Liaising with Internal Tax Department and providing reconciliations and information to the Corporate Tax Team for US GAAP and IFRS Financials. Liaising with the Corporate Financial Reporting Team on Accounting Standard Updates and Drafting of Technical Papers. Accounting policy compliance; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; internal control maintenance. Work closely with Group Finance assisting in Irish inputs for Group Consolidation. Qualified accountant with at least eight years PQE. Demonstrated experience of audit and audit management. ACA, ACCA, CPA Preferred Accounting Qualification. Experience of preparation of Financial Statements under FRS 102 and US GAAP. Knowledge/experience of working with SAP / HYPERION ERP Systems.
