The ideal candidate will possess the following: Excellent experience with drink Gps, wage targets. Be inventive and experienced in cocktails. Experience working in a venue with live bands. Ability to recruit, train and lead a team. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with cash handling. Must be comfortable in a customer facing environment.
